Data Requirements

This article details the dataset prerequisites for your AutoML or Time series use cases, before uploading them to your Obviously AI account.

This ensures that your data is well structured and follows the correct format to be used for machine learning. Depending on your use case, whether AutoML (classification, regression) or Time Series, the requirements are different. Uploading data to your account is really easy and a matter of a simple few clicks.

AutoML

Go to the Predict (main) page on your account
Click on the Add Dataset button on the left vertical panel


Choose your use case as AutoML . If you're confused, checkout this article on how to decide if your use case is AutoML or Time Series.


Choose your data source (we are using the example of a CSV file upload)


Check the data Requirements on the left. Please note that depending on the data source the requirements will slightly differ


Upload your data using our drag and drop or just by clicking on the icon


Fill in the required fields


Click on Upload

Time Series

Go to your Predict (main) page
