There might be some instances where users experience problems while uploading their datasets. It may be caused due to screen or caching issues.

Please follow the steps listed below to troubleshoot data upload issues.

Changing Screen Size

The data upload button may not respond due to smaller screen size. To resolve it try zooming out of your browser screen.

Here's how you can do it on Chrome.

Clearing Cache

  • Right click and click Inspect.

  • You will then enter the Inspect mode.

  • Next move your cursor on to the Refresh button.

  • Finally, right click and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload. The page will then be refreshed and the caching issue will be resolved.
